And what about the price? Don't worry about that! Our rates are valid for one year and far below those of traditional advertisements. Moreover, we work according to the principle: no or poor enquiries = 1 year extra advertising for free

| - | use of our availability tool (to follow up the made reservations and specify the prices/period in detail). |

| - | you can modify your advertisement or add new pictures at any time and free of charge. |
| - | we take care that our site is well-known and easy to find on the internet. |
| - | all indicated prices are VAT included (21%). |
Not included in our price:
| - | any mediation or booking on our part, everything has to be agreed between the advertiser and the (potential) tenant. |
how do you advertise?
Before you can actually advertise you have to register on this site. To log in click new client and follow the instructions. If you are a registered client please simply click login.
payment
After your holiday home(s) has been submitted you will receive an invitation to pay for a 1 year subscription. Upon payment of the amount due, the advert will be activated.
At the end of each subscription period you will receive a new invitation (free of engagement) to renew your subscription for another year. We then expect your payment within 2 weeks, otherwise your holiday home will be put off line until the amount due is settled.
