   Description & house plan
Free staying villa with a swimming pool and private garden. On the groundfloor is the sitting- and diningroom and the open fire. The half open kitchen has various electric equipment for your convenience. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the groundfloor with bath, shower,toilet, bidet and washing- and shaving table. Upstairs is a large bedroom (parents) and bathroom+. The sun terrace gives a nice view on the beaches, see, village and the mountains. All rooms give access to, or sight on the garden and the swimmimg pool. Close to the swimmimg pool is the BBQ and the outdoor dinner corner.

   Surroundings & activities
The environment is quiet, not very touristic. Fuzeta is located in the middle of the nature protected area of Ria Formosa, East Algarve. 150 mtrs walk from the house is the Lagune, an inside sea with the large island beaches. With low tide the area falls partly dry, a special event! Fuzeta has a little harbour, where local fishermen more their vessels. Also for the sailing- and motorboats of tourists and local private owners is their the place to more side by side.
Every 5 minutes a ferry-boat departs to the beautiful large beaches. Fuzeta is typical Portuguees, almost in original state. Terraces, restaurants, coffeeshops, supermarkets, farmacia, bank, postoffice are all their.
There are various Golf courts in the surrounding. One is even 5 minutes by car from the house. It is called maragota.

Prices and periods
   The villa is available from March till November. Their is daily cleaning except sundays. Every week the sheets are changed and the guests receive clean towels. The house is lettable for maximum 6 persons. All prices are including with the exeception of the use of the telephone for calls or the internet to be used with your own laptop.
