L'appartement se trouve au pied des pistes de ski de fond, au centre de 5 stations de skis (15 km autour) tel que Valcenis, Termignon, Aussois, La norma, Valfréjus.
L'été, on peut pratiquer la pêche, le VTT, la randonnée, visite culturelle, l'alpinisme à proximité de celui-ci.
L'Italie est à proximité.
