Een lekker en ontspannen begin van de dag ; in het ochtendzonnetje smullen van een ontbijt met ovenverse croissants en petit pains, diverse soorten beleg,
een gekookt eitje ,yoghurt ,mueslï ,fruit ,jus d'orange en koffie of thee.
Ontbijt = 7,50 Euro p.p.

Built in 1891 from local stone the house is typically French. We divided the house into two substantial and comfortable holiday apartments.
They have access to the large elevated veranda at the rear which makes the house unique whilst still retaining their privacy.
Enjoy your meals at the same time as the stunning views from the veranda during the day and spend the peaceful summer evenings simply gazing at the stars.
Beside the solarheated pool (55'x 20')there is a covered summer kitchen with a large wooden table and benches .
Sun loungers with parasols are provided for sun lovers.
Open plan lounge and corner kitchen equipped with electric cooker , fridge-freezer , dishwasher , oven-microwave and all other amenities you would expect to find in a modern kitchen.
Sitting room with TV/DVD/Hi-Fi
Laundry room with washing machine,tumble dryer,ironing-board
Bedroom (4,8m x 4m) with 1 double bed (1,60m)and 1 single bed(0,90m)

We are situated in between the Lot and Dordogne rivers. The Lot et Garonne is a gentle,fertile region with rivers and streams flowing through it,where the pleasures are as plentiful as the different types of scenery.The region is also famous for his castles and bastide towns with there characteristic architecture
During the summer months the region hosts a number of excellent musical events,both Jazz & Classical Art,Craft exhibitions,brocantes and wine festivals.Abouve all visitors enjoy the peace,lack of traffic and the pretty undulating scenery
Local activities include golf (4 miles) tennis (4 miles)walking biking and horse riding.Wine buffs can take a day to explore such prestigious appellations as St.Emilion,and Monbazillac or Visit the "Maison des Vins" in Bergerac where wine tastings are free

* We provide a welcome basket comprising basic essentials such as bread ,milk ,coffee,cheese ,butter and wine .
* We also provide dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.
* Prices are for a maximum of 5 persons.
* All prices are per week , from Saterday 16.00 PM till the following Saterday 10.00 AM.
* Prices are inclusive of electricity , water and the use of the swimming pool (at your own risk)
* A deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of the provisional booking.
* All linen is provided.
* Luxurious duvets/pillows , towels and tea towels are changed weekly. Please bring your own pool-towels.
* Whilst we expect the gîtes to be tidy and clean when you leave , we don't think that spending the last day of a holiday working for over three hours makes sense so we make an additional mandatory charge of 45 Euros for the cleaning at the end of your stay to bring it to the full professional standard that you will find on arrival.
