The 70m2 ground floor has a kitchen, large bath room and dining/living room with TV & video, DVD player and radio-CD player. Games available for all ages. The house has a large balcony (16m2) with garden furniture and sunshade. The space saver stair leads you to the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm), the other slightly smaller bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200 cm). The landing area also has a single bed (90x200). The house has gas heating. The roof has double isolation. Prices on the website have already gone down with 20%. |

Surroundings & activities |

Excellent for walking or cycle trips. Maps for walking trips are available in the park.
The park has many sport facilities such as swimming (covered and heated), tennis court, soccer/basketball field, jeux-de-boules court and ping-pong. You can play billiards or darts in the restaurant. The park has an ANWB license.
Also kayaking, golf, paintball, archery, climbing, abseilen, adventurous trips, mountainbike, speleology, mini golf, skiing in the neighborhood.
Possibility to visit the caves close by or to go to the wild life reserve.
Durbuy is a very picturesque village.
At 2km away lies the marvelous castle of the Krishna, certainly worth a visit. |

The house is available all year long. Included in the price are light and electricity.
It is up to you to decide whether you do the final cleaning yourself or not. Only if you bring pets along, it is not an option to do the cleaning yourself. One dog is included in the price, a second dog has to be paid for (3,25 euro/night).
A 125 euro deposit has to be paid upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure after deduction of tourist/environmental taxes, consumed gas and possible other charges.
Bookings only from Friday/Friday in the high season from 16/07 - 20/08.
From 01/07 until 15/07 and from 19/08 until 02/09, minimum booking of 3 nights.
Beyond these periods, you can book per night and choose the day of arrival and departure yourself.
