PRICES AND PERIODS

The appartment can be rented for periods of 1, 2, 3 weeks, a month and also for W.Ends except during holliday periods (WE reservation only 1w before). The energy consumpstion is included, except during the winter (nov. and march at 25€/week, dec,jan and feb at 40€/w,). The warranty is 250€, which will be reimbursed when it is left " clean and undammaged" as it was before. The private Parking is available at 25€/week during holiday periods; during other periods at 15€/week. 2 Bicycles available at 15€/Week/ bicycle
