DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

We have 2 holiday rentals located within the small village of St. Melany, 25 km from Joyeuse. The houses are at a 620 m altitude and are situated in a very quiet area in wild natural surroundings with cliffs, woods and streams...

Ideal for nature-lovers, but there are also plenty of other things to do in the area: kayaking, horse-riding, mountain-biking, etc.

The two houses have a spacious sun terrace. The large shared garden also has several terraces around the swimming pool (9x 4m) - perfect for cooling down on hot summer days. The garden also has a large barbeque.

House 1

This natural stone house is the higher of the two and is perfectly equipped to accommodate 8 people.

GROUND FLOOR:

One bedroom with bunk bed (= 2 pers.) and washbasin
One bedroom with double bed 1.40 m wide (quilt 2.00 x 2.00) and washbasin
One shower room and toilet with hand-washer, that give onto the hall
One bedroom with bunk bed,
One large bedroom with double bed 1.60 m wide (quilt 2.40 x 2.00), washbasin and sun terrace, with 2 loungers;
Bathroom with bath (+shower), toilet and washbasin.

FIRST FLOOR:

Living room with 3 sofas, one of which converts into a double bed;
TV (satellite) and Radio-cassette Stereo
Wood-burning stove
Kitchen with ceramic hob, combi-oven, , dishwasher, ice box+freezer, coffee set, pressure cooker, toaster, mixer, washing machine and telephone
Dining area and magnificent glass veranda with terrace furniture

House 2

This natural stone house is the lower of the two, between the street and house 1, and is perfectly equipped to accommodate 6 people.

One toilet with hand-washer
Bathroom with bath (+shower) and washbasin

PRICES AND PERIODS

Both accommodations can be rent separately or together.

Booking : will only become final when a down payment has been paid and the lease has been signed.
Down payment: approximately 50% of the rent due. The balance should be paid at the latest 30 days before the start of the lease period.
Security deposit: € 125 per week. This is refunded after receipt of the telephone bill (France Telecom) and after deduction of any costs.
