The villa is situated on a private space of 4 hectares, in rural surroundings, far from all upheaval. The owners lives in the area. In the region are lovely rivers(the Cèze) pitoreske boroughs are (Saint. Ambroix, Lussan) and numerous touristic activities . (among other things. Caves belonging to the most beautiful in France, the Pont du Gard, old coal mines open for viewing, adventure parcs, castles, lovely regional markets, the splendid Ardèche, but also canoeing etc.). Avignon, Orange, Montpellier and Nîmes are beautiful city trips
