DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Completely detached house set within 7000m2 of land, with private pool and large covered terrace; large playground, view onto the forested mountain.
All rooms are on the ground floor.
Entrance via the scullery to the kitchen and living room. Dining/living room (30m2) with French doors to the terrace. In the hallway access to the terrace as well + to the bathroom (bath, toilet, double washbasin) and the bedrooms. One bedroom has 1 double bed, the other bedroom has 3 single beds (under which bunk beds). Around the house is a guest house with private toilet, washbasin and 1 double bed.
Between the house and the pool is a spacious terrace (15x8m) with summer kitchen and barbecue. There's a garage and carport at your disposal. The playground is surrounded by fruit and olive trees, the entire plot is enclosed by cypresses.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Plenty of possibilities for walking; nice cycle tours in rolling landscape, without any high mountains; 20 golf resorts within a radiant of 40km; many Provencal markets in the direct neighbourhood; 15min away from Lac du Verdon, for surfing and sailing; a bit further on the Gorges du Verdon and at approx 45 min by car the Mediterranean Sea. Excellent restaurants, for children as well. Closer to Salernes, many possibilities for horse riding.

Available from the end of April until mid-October.
Linen is not included in the price. Linen sets for rent at 12,50 €/set (bottom sheet, duvet cover with pillowcase and 2 bath towels).
Final cleaning + checking in and out : 100€
Energy is estimated at 25 euro and included in the price. Local taxes are not applicable.
Deposit: 350 euro
In case you rent the house for 2 consecutive weeks, you will benefit a 100 euro discount on the second week's price.
