DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

All the 22 apartments have 2 rooms, a living room and a bedroom.

All the apartments are designed for 1-3 or 4 people. We are always willing to consider bed placements. Each apartment has its own balcony or terras.

Each morning you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony or by the pool bar. In the apartments is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, twin hotplates, cooking utensils, glasses,
cutlery, plates, etc.
The apartments are all with airco. (extra 6,-- euro per day)

There is a shower and toilet. Whilst in the bedroom you will find a wardrobe with enough space to store your clothes and suitcases.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Information about Agia Pelagia, and we offer a wide range of activities so everyone can find something fun to do.
The coastal resort of Agia Pelagia is built along a wonderful sandy bay, where the sea is calm and the water crystal clear even in the windy days.

The bay of Agia Pelagia is ideal for combining sea sports with relaxation. The visitor will find well trained instructors that offer lessons for sea sports such as water-ski, wind surf, canoe.

Its unique location, only 20 km northwest from Iraklion, allows to the visitor to enjoy all the benefits of a seaside resort without being away from the challenge of the big city of Iraklion and the archaeological places around it.

The beach is narrow, but good and sandy. It is possible to hire sun beds and umbrellas and there are plenty of opportunities to hire water bikes and partake in other kinds of water sport. As the town beach is so small, if you want less crowded and more remote beaches, they can still be found nearby without too much difficulty.

Local Cuisine of Crete While vacationing in Crete you will have the opportunity to taste one of the best and healthiest cuisines in the world. Agia Pelagia and Mononaftis are the prefect places to sit at one of the seaside tavernas and restaurants and try delicacies such as chochlious (Cretan style escargot), dakos (Cretan barley rusks with feta cheese and chopped, soaked in locally produced olive oil), potatoes "oftes" (fried with the peel), staka cheese, dolmadakia (stuffed wine leaves), rabbit stew, meat pie, fresh seafood, kaltsounia (small pastries with sweetened cheese) and the strong alcoholic drink "raki".

If you want to see more of Crete having Agia Pelagia as base allows many possibilities. By bus, car, scooter, taxi - any of these will bring you to the most famous places of interest:
Knossos only 25 km away, Fodele, the birthplace of El Greco just a short drive away, or
the famous cave Gerontospilios not far from Melidoni. Drive past Bali (west, 20 km) and then turn left to Melidoni.
If you like to dive, Agia Pelagia is a good choice both for snorkeling and "real" diving.

These prices apply at a stay of minimum 7 nights for 2 persons. Prices at a shorter stay on application.
Children till 2 years free.
Babycot 3,-- Euro per day.
The Airco is not included. The cost will be 6,-- euro per day.
Transfer costs will be 35,-- euro one way (airport heraklion-apartment) with maximum 4 persons.
