DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This apartment is part of a nice holiday park in Manerba del Garda, on the southeastern shore of Lake Garda. The holiday park, which is located right on the lake, is surrounded by beautiful grounds and consists of a camping area and an area with bungalows, villas and apartments. Guests of the park have access to three swimming pools, two tennis courts and a playground. Other facilities of the holiday complex include a small restaurant-pizzeria, a mini bar, a supermarket and a laundry. The resort occupies a wonderful location, directly on the beach, which makes it ideal for a family holiday. If you would like to bring your motor boat there is a private jetty available at the dock.

This apartment can accommodate four persons and has an area of approximately 45m². It is located in the main building and has its own entrance. You will find this accommodation on either the ground floor or first floor. The living room has a double bed sofa and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including a 4-burner gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle (on request the Italian coffeemaker). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The accommodations on the ground floor have a terrace with garden furniture. The accommodations on the upper floors have a balcony also with furniture. Each apartment is modern, comfortably furnished and has a safe, telephone, TV with satellite connection and private parking.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Manerba del Grada lies in the middle of the Valtenesi Valley, which extends as far as the great rock of 'La Rocca'. On this rock you'll find the ruins of Chateau La Rocca. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake. In this environment you will also find vineyards, historic villas and picturesque villages. In Manerba you will find more than 11 kilometers of beautiful beaches. From the holiday complex you can take exciting trips to historic cities like Verona or Venice. In summer visit the centuries-old Arena di Verona where classical operas are still performed. In the vicinity there are several markets worth visiting: Salò San Felice del Benaco, Desenzano del Garda, Moniga del Garda, etc. In terms of recreation and sports you will not be disappointed. There are opportunities for windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, canyoning, mountain biking and horseback riding.
