HOLIDAY HOME AT THE SEA FOR 8 PEOPLE OR 3 ROOMS WITH STUDIO/APARTMENT

Guesthouse for family holidays with holiday home and apartment, also suited for small bus trips and groups.
Nudism - 300m; 3 tennis courts at 200m, diving at 50m, boat rental at 70m.
Vacation in the sun, active holidays or recreation (water sports, fishing).

Close to the beach, yet very quiet and away from the bustle.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 beds (with own bathrooms), a large kitchen with dining area and own terrace. 2 Rooms have sea view.
On the ground floor is an apartment/studio that sleeps 4 and a large terrace with shared use, where dinner and breakfast is served for the guests that booked half board. The excellent cooking of Mrs. Rose is well-known. As well Dalmatian as international food is served.

The small garden in front of the house has several hammocks, marvellous to relax in even when it is sultry weather. All rooms have air-conditioning and are simple and clean.
Mrs. Rose accommodates guests from all over the world for more than 10 years now and offers them a meal of excellent quality.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Gradac is situated at the foot of the Biokovo mountains and stretches out over a length of approx. 2km of the Adriatic coast. It has 2 beaches of unknown beauty.
The region is the nicest in May, June and September...

PRICES AND PERIODS

The prices mentioned exclude tourist tax (1 €/adult/night and 0,50 €/child/night for children between 12 and 18 years).
Final cleaning for the holiday home: 50 €, for the studio/app.: 20 €
Bed linen is included.
30% deposit to confirm reservation (to be paid within 7 days) - balance 2 weeks before arrival.
Breakfast at 7,5 € or half board (breakfast + evening meal) at 15 € can be booked on the spot as well (this way absences due to a daytrip can be taken into account)

Due to the size and availability of the kitchen, the accommodation on the 1st floor can be rent per room as well.
For that reason prices for the holiday home are per night and per person.
