Holiday accommodation A6 is located at the first floor and has 3 bedrooms with double bed, a living area with fully fitted kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 2 balconies.

Holiday accommodation A8 is located at the second floor and has 4 bedrooms, a living area with fully fitted kitchen, 4 bathrooms and 2 balconies.

The Stomarica beach lies at only 200m distance, has the blue flag and is to be reached by a staircase.
The house is located in Brela, one of the best and well-known destinations of central Dalmatia. It is peacefully located and ideal for a big family or 2 friendly families looking for an unforgettable holiday in the middle of an abundant Mediterranean vegetation.
The Punta Rata beach close by has formerly been quoted as the N°1 beach in Europe and has been put N°6 on the world ranking.
Advisable periods to spend the holidays are spring and autumn.

PRICES AND PERIODS

Both rentals are available all year long – swimming is possible from mid-April until the second half of October.
Prices refer to accommodation A8, sleeping 8 people.

Included in the price: water, electricity, bed linen and towels.
Not included: parking place, tourist tax and a one time charge of 50 euros for final cleaning.
Upon reservation, 20% down-payment needs to be transferred into our account, the balance in euros has to be paid in cash directly to the owner.
Cancellation:
6-4 weeks before departure: down-payment will be used as cancellation compensation.
4-2 weeks before departure: 50% of the total amount is due.
2-1 weeks before departure: 75% of the total amount is due.
< 7 days before departure: the total amount is due.
It is advisable to take a cancellation insurance.
