DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

The villa was formerly owned by a diplomat couple, half of the villa is now reserved for holiday guests; there is 1 residence of 140m2 and 1 studio/apartment for 2 people under construction, with separate entrance and view of the garden.
The large residence has 3 bedrooms with bathroom and a porch-balcony on the side, balconies to the bedrooms on the top floor, a large living room with dining area, a kitchen with breakfast corner and washing accommodation, as well as a terrace in front of the living room with view to the sea and the garden.
Villa Louis is an excellent location for a family holiday at the sea, at short distance from several places to eat, cafe-bars, the fruit and vegetable market, supermarket, fish market and the big slide (50m).

Although the beach is nearby, Villa Louis is a very quiet accommodation and the garden and furniture of the house reflect the good taste of the hostess.
Breakfast is served at request (7,50 euro) and a possible extension of your holiday with 1 day or more can be arranged on the spot (half board starts from 18,00 euro/pers./night).

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Gradac is located on the most southerly point of the Makarska Riviera and offers much variation and possibilities for daytrips.
Certainly worth the trouble is the walking trip in south-westerly direction, where you walk past the nude beach at the end of the bay to arrive at the disco which is set at the beach in between olive trees. Further on lies the picturesque Brist, where surely have to pay a visit to Molivan's cocktail bar, the 2002 champ of bar mixing. Subsequently climb the stairs just round the corner and have a lovely fish meal at Mala Mare while you enjoy the view of the Adriatic coast, the sound of the waves in the background and the typical Mediterranean smell. Something you'll never forget.

Further on, past many lovely bays, you will arrive in Podace, known for its white pebble beaches. This ancient settlement at the Biokovo mountains has been the ultimate goal for many walkers since a long time. 13km Southwards from Gradac are the fresh water lakes of Bacina, a bit further on the sandy beaches of the Neretva delta.
