DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
The apartment is located at a small distance from the sea.
It offers entire peace and privacy, combined with all required facilities at 5 minutes walking distance (super market, internet café, bank, restaurants, bars, tapas bar, swimming pools, sport facilities).
The apartment is on the ground floor, at 75m from the swimming pool (for joint use). It has a separate kitchen, storeroom, spacious and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a vast 30m2 terrace.
Living room: dining table with 6 chairs, sideboard, rocking chair, large leather 3-seater sofa and two 1-seater sofas with relax option, satellite TV (Belgian, Dutch, English and many other international channels) and dvd-player.
Both bathrooms have wash bowl with mirror, bath, shower and bidet.
The terrace is very large with plenty of sun.
You can have your meal outside in the chairs or relax and sunbath in the loungers made of reed.
The swimming pool lies at a 75m walk.
There's a parking place in front of the accommodation and the telephone booth lies at 75m.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
The Lomas de Campoamor resort is a golf park (you don't have to play golf though), with swimming pools, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer fields, wellness resort, play gardens, petanque courts, 2 banks (Cajamurcia and Cam), a pharmacy, large supermarket, restaurants and bars.
The first thing to notice will be the 3 golf courses in the neighborhood.
The environment is quite green according to Spanish standards. Excellent for walks, cycling tours and horse trips through the orange and fruit orchards.
The sea is at short distance. The different beaches, each having their own characteristics, are sometimes difficult to choose from.
La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are the local tips, Alicante and Mar Menor are the favorites a bit further away. The Altea waterfalls are part of a very beautiful nature resort, with possibility to swim or sunbath.
An other interesting place to visit are the salt lakes of TORREVIEJA. Nice dry air for everyone suffering from joint pain, rheumatism, asthma or other respiratory problems.

PRICES AND PERIODS
The apartment is available all year long.
Low season : 175 €/ week Mid season: 275 €/ week High season: 350 € / week Per extra week a reduction is granted.
Long rentals during winter are possible, prices at request.
Included in the price: electricity, water, gas.
Final cleaning 65€ (or you can take care of it yourself)
Security deposit: 150€, refundable within 2 weeks after departure.
