DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Our luxury villa lies in a quiet villa area between La Nucia and Benidorm. Around the house lies the large garden. A small pond with fishes in the garden. Four terraces for sun and shadow lie around the house.
A private swimming pool illuminated in the evening.
A barbecue is present on the terrace.
A delicious quiet spot to enjoy your holiday.
The garden is surrounded by a wall and a large gate. A parking place is in front off the garage in the garden. The living room has a large terrace with view on sea and mountains on the backside of the house.
A shadow and quiet place where you can have diner in the evening.
The living room has air conditioning and TV with satellite and Internet.
There are two bedrooms with air-conditioning and a bathroom each.
One bathroom with tube and bidet/toilet and the other with douche/toilet and washing machine. Four terraces for sun and shadow lie around the house
The third bedroom has two separate beds with washbasin. The kitchen has arranged entirely new, provides with cooking place, fridge, magnetron, dishwasher and an espresso machine.
The house is very tastefully arranged for private use. The double beds are provide with clean linen at arrival. Towels are ready.
The swimming pool will be cleaned in the summer each week.
A swing and a place to play for children they find under the enormous pepper tree in the garden behind the house.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Our residence is located in La Nucia, at a 6 km distance from the beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca.
Benidorm is a big seaside resort with many aquatic sport activities.
The beaches of Alfaz del Pi and Altea are calmer.
The surrounding countryside is definitely worth exploring, like the village Guadalest.
Elx is known for its magnificent palm orchard.
There are many activities for children, like visiting a safaripark in Aitana. It's also nice to take the little train from Benidorm to Alicante. It rides along the coast and passes through various little seaside resorts. Also visit 'Castillo de Santa Barbara' in Alicante. Hikers will find information about walking tours at the tourist office. There's a nice view of the mountains from the garden. Every Sunday morning in La Nucia, there is a flee market.
There are numerous possibilities for golfers.

PRICES AND PERIODS

At the moment, our house is still for rent the entire year.
From April till October, the house is for rent per week.
In the winterperiod, from December till April, our house is then for rent €800 per month. Water and electra are not included. A deposit will be demanded. The rent depends on the season and varies from € 475 till € 1100 per week. Loungebed by pool can be demanded. .
For the final cleanup you pay €95
pets on request €25
internet is free and linen for the beds also
