   Description & house plan
This house is located in a very quiet area, 3 km from the Klopeinersee and only 100 meters from the Völkermarkter Reservoir. The 2 apartments - "Sunflower" (ca.110 m2) and "Lily of the Valley" (approx. 75 m2) - are in a separate part of the house. "Lily of the Valley" is situated on the first floor and has a long balcony with covered seats. The entrance to this apartment is from the balcony and garage. There is also a covered parking space. The covered outdoor terrace with furniture and small lawn provides the possibility to grill in the evenings. Children will find toys, books and a table tennis table in the recreation room.

This apartment consists of an anteroom, 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom and is suitable for up to 5 persons. In the living room, in addition to a sofa, you will find an extractable couch, satellite TV and radio with CD player. The kitchen is modern and includes a toaster, electric kettle, coffeemaker, dining and cooking utensils, refrigerator and an electric stove with oven. Upon request you can get a cot, hairdryer and iron. The apartment has central heating and is also pleasantly light.

   Surroundings & activities
The region with the most overnight visitors is the tourist area of St.Kanzian / South. This region is also Austria's 'best recommendation' for sporting activities such as biking, hiking, golf, cycling and even climbing through an old mine (cleat biking). Whether hiking trails, mountain tours or natural parks - the offer is huge. 7 lakes with the best quality of drinking water, water temperatures to 28 C and the most hours of sunshine, guarantee a wonderful bathing experience for both young and old. The environs are situated at an altitude of 440 to 2,139 meters above sea level and offer 800 kilometers of trails, ideal for the active tourist. Only 30 km from Klagenfurt, surrounded by nature, discover Völkermarkter Reservoir and Turnersee Klopeinersee: even diving and wind surfing are possible here. In the evening, stroll along the promenade around the St.Kanzian - the only one in Austria which circumvents an entire lake!
