DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Very nice luxury alpine chalet with 150 m2 living space and equipped for 8 adults and 1 or 2 babies.

Tasteful decorated living room with internet, satellite-system, 82 cm LCD TV, Home Cinema and enjoy the luxury of a wood-stove after an active day to relax.

4 Bedrooms (1 on the ground floor) with quilts and pillows. There are 3 bathrooms (one with bath tub) with separated shower and toilet.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, egg cooker, etc.
In the storage room is a washing machine, dryer, skishoe dryer and 3 slides.
Outside there is a sunny terrace on the South with 8 relax chairs and you will find a carport where you can hide your car from the snow.

The Chalet is only 1.5 km from the ski-lift to the slopes of the Kitzbühler Alps. The free ski bus is 3 minutes walk of the chalet. Ski-area Urlaubsarena Wildkogel is a nice family ski-area and offers you the pleasure of a Toboggan run of 14km.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Entry in the Kitzbühler Alpine only 1.5 km from the Chalet away. The new Panoramabahn Hollersbach allows a convenient direct entry in the large ski area Kitzbühel. The world-famous Kitzbüheler home range offers a 150 km of pistes and 56 lifts nonstop from Hollerbach to Kirchberg. 2 Ski and snowboard schools in Hollersbach, Mittersill/Pass Thurn. Zillertal Arena with 166 km of pistes and 51 lifts to achieve with free skibus. The Zillertal Super skipas is also available in Ski Arena Wildkögel in Neukirchen at the Großvenediger and with that you can ho on ski bus trip between Neukirchen, Wald, Krimml and Koningsleiten. Free ski-bus to the cross-country skiing trails in region Jochberg/Kitzbühel and Pass Thurn. Pinzga trail with over 200 km cross-country leads by the chalet. 80 km of winter hiking trails, snowshoe hikes. Floodlit toboggan runs (in Bramberg with time Nehmung), ice skating, curling, horse-drawn sleigh rides.
