DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Spacious apartment, offering comfortable accommodation on a 90m2 surface.

The apartment was furnished with contemporary, bright country-style furniture and has satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped so even cooking on vacation will feel as a pleasure.

The three bedrooms are all south-oriented and offer stunning views of the mountains - direction of Grossglockner to Kitzsteinhorn. On request, the rooms can be provided with an extra bed. Due to the unique location of the house (though located near the center) a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Anti-allergic bedding is available if needed.

There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

In front of the house is a beautiful garden (5.000 m2) where you can relax, barbecue and the children can play. For that matter, the neighborhood is a small holiday paradise for them, both during the summer and winter months.

In the main house, we following are at our guests' disposal: free internet access (WLAN), table tennis and table football, ski storage room with ski boot heating, gym, use washing machine (at a charge), etc.

Located within walking distance from the center with pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries, etc.
