DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

You will find this non-smoking accommodation far from mass tourism, on a sunny slope 1,050 meters above sea level. The house was lovingly furnished with great charm by a local master carpenter. From the living room / lounge (40 sqm), between the kitchen and play area, you can access a sun terrace of 20 sqm. In front of the carport (2 cars + skis) there is enough space for a trailer. In the garden you will find a sun terrace, playground and barbecue. On the southern side of the Alps the climate is quite mild. For this reason the area is noted for its wine production.

The ground floor has a spacious kitchen / living room (35 m2) with storage space and a corner office. It comes complete with all the modern conveniences such as an espresso machine, dishwasher, washer, dryer, video library, satellite TV and fireplace. Here you will also find two more sleeping places. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and sink. The two bedrooms (2 x 4 beds) are located on the upper floor and are separate from the bathroom. On the upper floor there is an 8 m2 bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin. The entire basement is a spa area with a sauna, which can accommodate up to 15 persons, a swimming pool, solarium and massage service (available upon request).

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

St. Oswald / Kloster is a peaceful mountain village with about 250 inhabitants, where there is almost no tourism. The locals are especially proud of their guest houses where for a reasonable price you can experience wonderful culinary delights. Here, at 1,050 meters above sea level, the summer nights are mild so you can sleep well and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. There are many possibilities for an active holiday: trips to Graz (40 km), excursions to the nearby wine-growing regions, visit Hundertwasser Church in Berne Bach, thermal springs, or take a hike along the fortress of Deutschlandsberg.
