DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
<p>The romantic and family-oriented vacation paradise of Kirchdorf lies at the foot of the Wild Emperor Mountains, in the midst of the Kitzbüheler Alps. The village, situated 640 meters above sea level, has about 2,400 residents and lots of cultivated pastures. In a green, sunny valley you will find four luxurious apartment houses. This apartment has a separate entrance and a private parking space in the underground garage. Furthermore, there is a modern ski area here complete with ski-boot warmer, small laundromat (2 washing machines, 2 driers and a steam ironing station), sauna, solarium and table tennis table. In the region around Kirchdorf-Gasteig in Tyrol you are guaranteed not to be bored. Climbing the Wild Emperor Mountains; walking through the legendary alley at the former site of the Bürgerbraukeller (site of the 1923 Beer Hall Pusch) in Gasteig; hiking along wonderful trails with picturesque mountain pines and an original distillery in the Kaiserbachtal Nature Reserve - these are among the attractions you'll find in these romantic mountains.</p><p> In Kirchdorf and St. John there are indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts (including free indoor courts), bowling, table tennis and horseback riding. For golfers there are beautiful courses in Kitzbuehel and Kirchdorf. Furthermore, numerous walking and hiking trails lead you through one of the most beautiful areas of Tyrol, near the Kaiserbachtal Nature Reserve.</p><p> </p>
This upstairs apartment has a double and a bunk bed room, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer, and a separate, second shower and toilet. There is a combined living / dining room with a convertible sofa which can accommodate 2 persons. There is a comfortable dining area which can accommodate six persons and a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, extraction fan, round sink, 4-burner stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster and blender. In short: everything you need for a comfortable stay! There is also an inviting balcony where you can sunbathe or just relax.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
<p>Tyrol is divided into 36 tourist regions, each with a typical or characteristic feature, a prominent mountain, lake or village. When you hear of Tyrolean towns and villages it always brings to mind a beautiful location. The famous Tyrolean hospitality, domestic ’Schmankernl’ and brandy await tourists at the local restaurants. Numerous hiking trails, arts and crafts museums, idyllic village life, Swarovski Crystal World in Wattens and the Innsbruck Summer Dance help guarantee an original Tyrolean experience. You can also take an excursion to neighboring Germany where you can visit the Berchtesgaden National Park with its König Lake, just 60 km away. Only electric boats are permitted on the lake, so the quality of the water is excellent (!). The Chiemsee - also known as the "Bavarian Sea" - is the largest lake in Bavaria and is known primarily for its two islands. On the women's island there is a nunnery. On the Herreninsel there is a castle built by Ludwig the II. The salt mine in Berchtesgaden is an interesting and fun experience. Visitors receive miner's clothing and then enter the tunnel by train. Inside the tunnel a boat takes visitors to a salt lake. Inside the mine there is also an 850 square meter salt hall where concerts and the "Dinner de Sole" are held.</p><p> </p>
