DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
The living area occupies the ground floor and consists of a cozy dining area and a TV area with seating / sleeping suite. Both maintain their homelike atmosphere by the brightness, and a stove, is available for the wood.
In the first floor are three bedrooms. Two thereof are each equipped with a double bed. In the third and largest room is a cozy addition to a double sofa bed that can serve as seating during the day.
The kitchen adjoins the living area and is separated only by a counter with four bar stools from the spacious living room. It is equipped from A to Z. In addition to the usual inventory such as plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. are even smaller kitchen appliances such as coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a raclette oven to do so.
The sauna is probably the highlight of the wooden house. The simple operation allows the optimal recovery at the end of an eventful day.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
The house is located at 840 m altitude (at the Bohemian Upper Austria) with a beautiful view over the Bavarian Forest in the border triangle midst! Excursions to Krumlov 35 km, Lake Lipno 20 km, Passau 40 km, Baroque monastery Schlägl 20 km, and much more.
Other recreational activities: skiing, swimming, surfing, hiking, tennis, golf, horse riding, sailing, canoeing, cross country skiing (also floodlights!), ski school, ice skating, sledding, curling, winter cross-country trails, public. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, lake, beach volleyball, playground, fly fishing, cross-border cycling tours, mountain biking, horse-drawn sleigh rides, golf park Šumava with golf school (10 km).
