DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Comfortable holiday rentals for 4-8 people, surface between 66m2 and 85m2. The rental for 4 people has 2 bedrooms, shower/toilet + separate toilet, the rental for 8 people has 4 bedrooms, 2 showers/toilet + separate toilet. The holiday homes all have balcony or terrace and are fully accommodated: fridge with freezing compartment, 4 zone ceramic hob, micro wave oven, dish washer, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster, as well as an hairdryer in every bathroom.
For the little ones there's a playroom in the house being available at all times. Additionally, playthings to use in- and outside the house are available for everyone.
During winter there are plenty of possibilities to have fun in the snow right in front of the house. Also in summer several playing facilities in the neighborhood - at the river, in the woods,...

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The first entrance to the ski area Warth-Schröcken lies at 2 km from the house. Hearly opposite the house is a ski bus stop, the ski bus takes you in about 5 minutes to the Salober mountain. The buses go several times a day and are free of charge. The ski area Schröcken, offering 60 km of maintained ski-runs with 15 ski lifts is considered as one of Austria's most comfortable ski areas. Surface lifts are only for the baby slopes!
Alternatives for alpine skiing:
The cross-country trail of Hochtannberg offers 4 trips with 18 km of prepared ski trails for cross-country skiing as well as winter walking trails running parallel to the cross-country trails. Guided snow shoe walks, cave trips and dog sled trips for children and adults are organised weekly.

During summer our house is excellent to start walking and mountain trips of all levels. For those looking for special adventure we can recommend the Canyoning tour, also starting in the neighborhood. New is the adventure park Schröcken, with 14 rope tracks hanging over the roaring Bregenzer Ache river - an exciting adventure for the entire family!

A weekly variety of activities for children and adults including guided walking and mountain trips, climbing courses for children, mini-canyoning for children as well as the popular adventure day for children and teens!

PRICES AND PERIODS

Our holiday rentals can be rented all year long. Included in the prices are mutual taxes and expenses, bed linen, towels as well as electricity, heating, water, etc. Only a onetime cost of 30 to 40 Euro will be charged for final cleaning.

During winter and summer we have interesting all-in offers:
Adventure weeks, 7 nights
6 day ski pass guided snow shoe walking trip and guided cave trip
at the price of Euro 322,00/person

Children in the snow : children from 3-6 years get a ski pass for 6 days + ski lessons for 4 days for free!

During summer you get a Bregenzerwald card for free when you book for 3 nights or more. These card gives free access to the public pool, the cable cars and the buses in the Bregenzerwald.
