DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Our apartment house provides nine new and modernly furnished vacation apartments with a lift.
The apartments are spacious and offer every amenity.
You have the possibility to choose between four types of apartments.
We offer apartments for 2 - 4 people (51 square metres) with a separate living room (with sleeping-area) and bedroom
2 - 5 people (61 square metres) with a separate living room (with sleeping-area) and bedroom
4 - 7 people (80-83 square metres) with two bedrooms and one living room with sleeping-area
6 - 10 people (120 square metres) with three bedrooms and one large living room with sleeping-area
4 people (98 square metres) with two bedrooms and one large living room.

All apartments provide satellite television, radio and CD-DVD player, telephone as well as internet connection.
The kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, stove with oven, electric kettle and a toaster.
The bathrooms are fitted with a shower or a bathtub and for the most part a double wash basin.
Bed linen, towels as well as tea towels are provided.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

located in Gargellen, the highest lying ski resort in Montafon.

The house is situated directly in the idyllic centre with a supermarket, several restaurants , ski-shops, a cash machine and the tourist office.
The ski lift and the ski kindergarten are only a few steps away.
For our guests, it means skiing right up to the front door.

In the summertime, it is an ideal starting point for all sporting activities.
