DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
This spacious apartment with a surface area of 48m2 and the adjoining double room of 15m2 with toilet and shower makes this a holiday home for 2 tot 4 persons. The house is modernly decorated the ensure the best holiday for everyone. The house is valuated with a 4 out of 4 Edelweiss, member of Private in Vorarlberg. The complete apartment offers a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, small oven (for buns and pizza), fine china, table cloth, kitchen towels and dishwashing liquid. There are also a wireless connection and washing machine in the apartment. The large covered balcony with table chairs, sun beds, parasol for breakfast in the morning glory. There is also a sun bathing field with sun beds, parasol and barbecue area. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
As a welcoming present you receive the Bregenzerwald card free in spring, summer and autumn. This card gives you free access to the Postbus, the outdoor pools and lifts.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
In summer the area allows wonderful activities such as walking, hiking, cycling, tennis, white water sports, paragliding, fishing, swimming in the heated outdoor pool 2 minutes from the house, bathing in the stream close tot he house, playing and having a barbecue at the stream. There is a large playground 5 minutes from the accommodation. For culture lovers there is the "Schubertiade" (concerts with music of Schubert) in Schwarzenberg and " Spiel auf dem See" various plays with a stage on the water at the festival in Bregenz, both can be reached by special buses. The bus waits for you when the shows end. There is a golf course in Mellau, an 18 holes golf course in Riefensberg about 40 minutes by car. Lake Bodensee is also about 40 minutes drive away and you can take the free bus to Bregenz, it takes about an hour. The owner is happy to help you plan an excursion on a rainy day.
In winter there are lifts to Mellau / Damüls / Faschina. A lovely ski area for families and novice skiers. There is 22km of cross country ski tracks, snow hiking routes and a toboggan slide. The free bus takes you to the ski centre of Mellau and if you buy a 3 valley ticket you can also take the free bus to the ski areas of the Bregenzerwald like Damüls, Shoppernau, Warth, Schwarzenberg-Bödele etc.

PRICES AND PERIODS
The house can be booked all year round, arrival day Saturday or Sunday only per week. There are various offers like 7=6, please ask if the discounts apply.
Price for 2 persons per night is between 50 and 60 Euros depending on the season. The first extra person (child) in the double room is 11 Euros per night. 2 children up to 14 years of age 18 Euros per night together. If the extra persons are adults the surcharge per night is from 15 Euros per night depending on the season.
Included in the price are heating, water, electricity, tourist tax (€2,10 pppn), application at the tourism board, bed linen, towels and children's equipment.
Final cleaning is not included and costs between 30 and 40 Euros
Down payment of 150 euros, second payment 2 weeks before the start of the holiday (payable by bank transfer, you will receive the details upon booking) or after consultation.
