DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
Spacious, detached holiday home (year of construction: 2002 - 2003). Child friendly and child safe house with large game room, covered and outdoor terrace with barbecue and garden furniture as well as a lovely garden with swing and sandpit + many space to romp around. SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
The house is situated in a charming village in the Ardennes, 4987 Chevron, located just 10km from the ski runs and cross country trails of Baraque Fraiture.14 km from Coo, Trois-Ponts and the friendly town of Aywaille. Unlimited access to many hiking and biking trails in the woods, beautiful nature and peace & quiet.
There is a municipal pool nearby and a Sunparc. Also possibility for kayaking, tennis and horseback riding. Places of interest: caves of Remouchamps, Coo waterfalls combined with amusement park 'Plopsaland', a wildlife park and the Euro Space Centre in Redue (unique in Europe). Durbuy (smallest town in Belgium) and Aywaille with its many cafes and restaurants are also worth a visit. More information available in the house.
There's an artificial ski slope in Trois-Ponts. Cross-country skiing and Alpine skiing possible at Baraque Fraiture, 14 km.
There are always last-minute midweek and weekends offered to super offer.
