DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
This apartment is situated in an area of more than 30 ha of pristine nature, in the middle of a forest with large ponds and wonderful cycling and hiking trails. The complex was completely renovated in 2007 and offers apartments of excellent quality and taste. The estate is located in the Midden-Limburg Nature Park. Less than 5 minutes away (on foot) there is a mega-subtropical swimming paradise. Here, under one roof, you will find everything having to do with aquatic fun. There are even palm trees for a unique atmosphere. This swimming paradise has something for everyone: wild water lanes, wave pool, slide, steam baths, saunas, whirlpools, pool for the littlest ones, Blue Lagoon (outdoor swimming pool), Key West beach with a terrace, recreation rooms with plenty of couches and chairs, solarium, sun loungers and a turbo solarium. You can rent bicycles here as well and there is a shop located by the swimming pool. In the complex there are beaches and a lawn for your relaxation.
This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons. The interior has been recently (completely) renovated. The total (residential) area of this apartment is approximately 70 m2. The apartment occupies one level and is comfortably furnished. It has a separate kitchen, a living room with a special charisma and a well-furnished bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave and complete dinnerware for the above-mentioned number of guests. This accommodation has one bedroom furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. There is also a television, central heating and a sitting area. Blankets, sheets and pillows are available.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
The 'Midden-Limburg Park' is located in the vicinity of the Belgian Houthalen-Helchteren. Here you can enjoy nature amidst a beautiful backdrop. You can hike for hours without ever meeting anyone. The park has many cycling and hiking trails. The Belgian culinary territory welcomes you, from the famous abbey beer brewery located in the castle of Ter Dolen to the varied regional menu! A host of attractions, such as natural conservation areas and museums, help turn this old mining area into an unforgettable experience. Shopping can be found not only in Hasselt, a typical shopping city in Belgium, but also in Houthalen and Genk. The 'Maasmechelen Village shopping outlet' provides additional shopping opportunities. Antwerp and Brussels are only one hour away by car. In Genk you can visit the open-air museum of Bokrijk, with its famous 'historical village' and 'medieval city'. Tongeren recalls the Roman period with its Gallo-Roman museum. You can also visit the statue of Ambiorix, the brave Gaul, on the Grote Markt. In addition, we recommend the wonderfully restored building of the German Order of Knights in Alden Biesen Bilz. Or visit one of the interesting Limburg museums in Hasselt (Jenever Museum and Fashion Museum) or Tongeren AM-Truiden. On the race track of Zolder Terlaemen there is always something going on: motorcycle races or racing cars. At a distance of 10 km there is the largest indoor ski resort in Belgium (Snow Valley) with a slope of 235 meters, a unique snowboarder’s paradise, and a children's course.
