The comfortable holiday villas of Kempense Meren (Lakes) are surrounded by a fragrant pine forest and the gently flowing waters of the Rauwse Sea (the largest interior lake of Flanders). Encircled by greenery, they provide an idyllic oasis of tranquility yet have all the modern comforts. As with all our parks, here you will receive top quality at the best affordable price. All the villas are technically equipped and kept very neat and clean. You and your children will feel at home here while you enjoy a relaxing holiday. Younger guests can spend the day at Aquafun, a subtropical swimming paradise with indoor pools, wave pools, tunnel slide, kiddie pool, outdoor swimming pool, water radiators, shower baths and hamburgers and snacks. At Kempense Meren you can relax in a fantastic environment! The countryside of Kempen offers everything you need for a truly memorable vacation. Hike through the vast heaths with their yellow sand dunes and small hidden bogs where plants and animals live quite undisturbed. Or listen to the roar of the cane along the shore of the lake. Let yourself be totally enchanted by the thousands of smells and colors in this wonderful piece of unspoiled nature!

Starting with the 23th of Augustus we opened the new Kids Wold playground. This new 100 m2 is located in the Sport Center of this park. In this mega indoor playground your children will enjoy sliding and climbing.
The playground contains various safety play areas for all ages. The access to Kids World is free!

This villa is suitable for up to 8 persons. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom furnished with a double bed; a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and sink; a kitchen equipped with a microwave, 4-burner stove and kitchen cabinets containing cooking utensils; and a living room with a fireplace, a new TV with SCART connection for DVD player / Playstation / X-box and patio doors which lead to the garden where you will find a terrace complete with patio furniture and a barbecue. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms each furnished with 2 single beds plus a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A highchair and baby bed are available.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

<br>Kempense Meren (Lakes) is located in the province of Antwerp. This area consists of a green, flat landscape with more than 250 km of marked hiking trails and 300 km of cycling paths. There are a variety of outdoor activities possible here. For example, how about a walk through the purple heather or an ancient forest? You can also explore this wonderful environment by bicycle, on horseback or via horse-drawn cart. For those who love the water there is plenty to choose from: canoeing on the purest waters of Flanders, a sunny day at the beach or dive into a stunning underwater world. There are also plenty of tourist attractions that should not be missed: the Norbertine abbey in Postel where you can enjoy a beer on the terrace; the educational Ecocentrum; the Jakob-Smit Museum; the Historical Museum of Mol; and the lively open-air museum at Bokrijk. For the youth there is the Bobbeljanland theme park. In short, De Kempen is an exuberant green region with numerous outdoor activities and plenty of tourist attractions. It is an oasis of tranquility with its meadows, forests, canals, rivers, mills and abbeys.
