DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
This apartment is suitable for 11-12 adults and 2 babies. It was built in the typical style of the Ardennes and is located in the village of Fays-Les-Veneurs (community of Paliseul / Province of Luxembourg). This is a quiet picturesque village situated between the Lesse and Semois rivers. The apartment was completely renovated in 2004. The house has central heating. In addition to the house there is a garage (with a high pressure washer) for mountain bikes, motorcycles and skis. Here you will also find a washing machine and dryer - an iron and ironing board are available as well. The accommodation has sufficient parking facilities.
This house is suitable for 11 - 12 adults plus 2 babies. The total (living) area of the dwelling is approximately 240 m2. The structure is as follows: on the ground floor there is: a spacious living room with sitting area, TV, CD / radio, DVD player, DVDs, books, games and an adjacent dining area. There is a kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooker, oven, extraction fan, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, juicer, washing machine (dryer) and iron. There is one bedroom on the ground floor which is furnished with a double bed of 140x200. In the bathroom you will find a massage shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate room. The garden (96m2) contains a terrace, garden table, 12 chairs and a barbecue. On the first floor there is a bedroom furnished with a double bed (140x200), a single bed (which can be folded) and a baby bed (chair). The other bedroom on the first floor is furnished with 2 single beds and a baby bed. There is a bathroom with a sink, changing table, spa bath / shower and infrared sauna with light therapy. The shower room is equipped with a sink and shower. The toilet is located in a separate room.The layout of the second floor is as follows: a bedroom furnished with three single beds (85x200) and another bedroom furnished with two single beds (85x200). This floor has a separate toilet as well.All beds have pillows and duvets. For the beds which can be folded there are blankets and pillows available. If bed linen cannot be rented, please bring your own.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
Paliseul is situated on a plateau between the Lesse and Semois rivers. Here you can relax and enjoy fine restaurants and wonderful nature. You can visit various museums or the castle of Godfried van Bouillon. From Bouillon you can take excursions along the Semois. Enjoy the breathtaking view from Rochehaut! In the local villages you will find numerous events throughout the year including: a Christmas market in Vencimont; every Sunday morning (in July and August) a market in Bouillon; a flea market in All-sur-Semois; carnival of Wellin; and the flower market in Paliseul. Younger guests will also enjoy this fun environment: All-sur-Semois (kayaking, mini-golf); the Millennial Tower; the petting zoo of Frahan; the animal park of Rochehaut and a tourist train. For the whole family there is the castle and hunting museum of Lavaux-Sainte-Anne; the Euro Space Center in Transinne; the book village of Redu; a slate museum in Bertrix and the deer park and fort of Bouillon (with predator show). Sporting activities also abound: 34 marked hiking trails, 9 mountain biking routes, climbing, kayaking, canoeing, water rides, horseback riding and survival tours. Cross-Country skiing on 7 km.
