DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

The house is a renovated farmhouse and is suitable for families and small groups of 4 to 8 people OR groups up to 16 people. The groups up to 16 pers. then have more space available.
The house is luxurious and comfortably furnished throughout with CV. Ground floor:
large room in the former stables, large luxurious kitchen and a small dining room.
First floor: cloakroom, games room, large landing, 5 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms 1 with bath.

The large garden of 2000m2 is perfect for everyone: the kids can play safe and carefree, groups can indulge in sports and games. The large sunny terrace is a nice place to stay, drink a beer and enjoy the garden and the surroundings.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The house is located in the area between Dinant, Bouillon and Han sur Lesse. It is a hilly area with forests, fields, beautiful panoramas, rivers and many creeks and streams. The area is ideal for walking, cycling, mountain-biking and, nordic walking, kayaking and winter cross-country skiing. Ther are 2 skiing centers very nearby.

In the house we have many marked hiking and mtb tracks. There is a variety of maps, guides, books about the area and lots of tourist information, you do not have to go to a tourist office.

The house is rented to groups up to 8 people.

Outside the summer holidays for bigger groups (up to 16 people) for rent. You get a front room and a dining / games room extra.

There is always only ONE group in the house.

Bed linen and towels are possibly hiring.
