DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Within walking distance of the North Sea coast, lies the Haan Sunparks holiday park with its subtropical swimming pool and extensive facilities within easy reach. Here you can surf, make sand castles on the beach, enjoy the warmth of the sun's rays and be rejuvenated by the energy of the sea. Float and drink at the Aquafun swimming complex with its indoor pool, wave pool, Hydro Tube, children paddling pool and outdoor pool, jet streams, Jacuzzi and civilian express. For children there is plenty of opportunity for climbing and romping around at the indoor playground of Kids World (800 m²). Children are truly king at Sunparks! There is traffic in the resort, so the little ones must play carefully here. In the villas and restaurants there is even special furniture for children so your kids will feel at home here. But the Haan is not only a vacation paradise for children. There are many sports facilities here, both indoor (tennis, squash, badminton, table tennis, bowling, billiards and volleyball) and outdoor (tennis, mini-golf, cycling, jogging and football). Or pamper yourself with an array of wellness facilities including a Turkish bath, sauna cabins of 80° and 90°, an indoor pool, cold water bath and Jacuzzi. Furthermore, there are 4 restaurants in the park: the Brasserie, Burger Express, The Mail Boat and Paolo's Pasta & Pizza. There is also free wireless Internet available in the park.

This fully renovated villa can accommodate up to 4 persons. The total (residential) area is approximately 60 m², spread over two floors. This type of villa offers everything necessary for a super holiday. It is a comfortable accommodation with a luxurious interior. On the ground floor you'll find a bathroom with shower; a toilet; kitchen; living room and terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms each furnished with two single beds. This comfort cottage has a microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, safe (use for a fee), outside terrace with barbecue and picnic table, a fireplace, TV with SCART connections for DVD player / Playstation / X-box, a highchair and crib. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 burners) plus all the necessary equipment for the stated number of persons. The bathroom has a bathtub (with shower) and sink. Through the open doors in the living room you can access the (furnished) terrace in the garden.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

This park lies within walking distance of the Belgian coast. Here you can enjoy cycling along the route from Old Dijk De Haan Oostende in the direction of the canal banks and dikes. Of course you cannot skip a visit to Sealife. Here there are a wealth of things to see and discover including hundreds of animals from the North Sea, a shelter for sick and lost seals, an island of crabs and a national breeding program for seahorses. In the huge building of the Old Fish Market you will discover the secrets of the sea and taste its rich fishing history. You can embark on a secret mission aboard a Russian submarine and take the helm of this former West-Hinder lightship. You will also find a coastal tram in the vicinity which takes you on a discovery tour along the coast. For an unforgettable experience for the whole family, we advise you to spend a day at the enchanting Plopsaland theme park situated on the Belgian coast. This promises to be a fun time not only for the little ones but for the adults as well. All these attractions will provide hours of fun for the whole family. In De Haan a variety of aquatic activities are possible as this is an ideal spot for water sports, not to mention it has a beautiful white beach that matches the natural dunes which run along the North Sea coast. You can also enjoy an excellent long walk in the state dunes of De Haan. These dunes extend to Wenduine (156 ha). This is one of the few mixed deciduous forests along the North Sea. For exclusive shopping you can visit Knokke on Lippenslaan, Dumortierlaan or Kustlaan. Here you will find great couturiers, hair stylists and jewelers.
