DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This restored manor house is the highest of the village Pomoshtitsa. From this hill , the view of the surroundings is breathtaking and unmatched. The site consists of two separate, fully restored houses, the "Three Brother House" and "Nice View House", which each have a private living area with lounge, kitchen and dining area and which are connected by the gatehouse. In total there are eight bedrooms and five bathrooms with showers, enough for 14 people to be accommodated comfortably. The huge terrace is lined by a great wall built from Roman bricks. On the terrace there is included a newly built swimming pool of 10m x 6m.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Pomoshtitsa is a lovely authentic village where you can go back in time. The geese breed on the street, there are sheep and goats and some people still have horse and chariot to get around. The village lies in a wooded area with a fantastic view over the mountains. At a 5 minutes' drive (1 km) , there is a beautiful lake where you can enjoy kayaking, windsurfing, fishing or just lounging around a cosy campfire. Pomoshtitsa is an old village where you can truly relax. The residents are very friendly and will welcome you with open arms. You can find animation in the city of Razgrad. This town, with its authentic restaurants, shops, bars and effervescent nightlife, is 21 km away from Pomoshtitsa and is easily accessible. In Razgrad you can visit the remains of the Roman city "Abritus".
