This apartment is part of an apartment complex consisting of eight family apartments and two VIP suites. The complex is located amidst the well-known Bulgarian area 'Journalist', which is part of the Gold Beach. Your holiday apartment is located at 10 minutes walk from the beach and 12 kilometers from the city of Varna, where you'll come by plane. At 1.5 miles there is located the third biggest Aquapark of Europe and at 300 meters from your apartment you will find a bus stop. Today there are many hotels in Bulgaria, but if you want more space and privacy then this complex is ideal for you. You can enjoy a refreshing dive in the pool, that lies right in front of your apartment. This is a large swimming pool with children's pool, whirlpool and a playground for the young guests. Furthermore, there is a reception and a small supermarket, which you can access at any time. The beautiful garden offers a pleasant shade and the family staff makes every effort to create for you a beautiful holiday. Furthermore, the complex offers the following amenities: breakfast, washing-, cleaning- and ironing service, change of bed linen (once per week included), change of towels (twice a week is included), safe hire, sunbeds, barbecue, television with international reception and room service.
This brand new family apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons and consists of two floors. The total (residential) surface is 75 m2. The apartment includes a living room, dining area, master bedroom, children's bedroom, large hall and a staircase. The structure of this very spacious apartment on the ground floor is as follows: entrance, hall and separate toilet, living room with double sofa bed and a door to the terrace, spacious dining area and a kitchen with fridge freezer, electric cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and cutlery available for 6 persons. On the floor there is a bathroom with shower, bath, sink, toilet and hairdryer. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. From the master bedroom you have access to the balcony. Duvets, pillows and linen are included. Outside on the terrace there is sufficient garden furniture at your disposal.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
In the vicinity of the apartment there is plenty to do and see. There are many nice shops and restaurants where you can taste the Bulgarian specialties, but if you are not gourmet there are enough other restaurants to choose from. The beach is huge, with many restaurants, cafes, parasols, deck chairs, a hot mineral resource and attractions such as motorboats, jet ski, "Banana", "Aerial Ring" and parachuting. The other beaches are smaller, hidden in a beautiful area and suitable for a romantic holiday. The apartments are located 12 kilometers from Varna. Varna is a city with about 350,000 inhabitants, situated on the Black Sea. It is the third largest city and main port of the country. Varna has an international airport, where thousands of tourists fly each year to the beach of the Black Sea. The city has a total length of 14 km along the coast and a width of 9 km. The city is surrounded by several parks and gardens, vineyards and woods. A striking detail is that the beach of Varna is hardly ever used by tourists, but almost exclusively by the residents of Varna. Tourists often visit the surrounding resorts first then visit Varna where take beautiful walks on the alleys. You can book many excursions on the spot such as taking picnic on the pirate boat, visit the city of Sofia, take a city tour in Varna, safari with a jeep, Jeep & Yacht, shopping in Varna, evening cruise along the coast, visiting real Bulgarian villages, quad tours, visit Instanbul by bus, Dolfinarium Varna, Paintball and the beach at Gold Beach.
