DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This villa is situated only 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of Pješčana uvala and is one of the most famous tourist resorts in the region. It is only 2 km from the center of Pula and 300m from the nearest marina. Besides a pleasant accommodation with comfortable apartments, you also have the possibility for full or half board at the nearby restaurant. Nearby the villa there is a parking lot for the guests.

This apartment is approx. 45 m2 and is suitable for two persons. There is one bedroom furnished with a separated double bed. The sofa in the dining/living room can accommodate two additional persons. The nicely furnished living room also contains a satellite television and a dining area. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment such as cooker, refrigerator, cutlery, utensils, etc. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Each apartment has an air-conditioner, a balcony and a wonderful view of the sea.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Pješčana uvala is a modern town established just thirty years ago. It was discovered by bathers who became captivated by the natural sandy beaches which dominate the area between the two peninsulas, hence the name of the town. Sailors have also settled here, seeking a safe haven for their vessels during storms. All the prerequisites for establishing a modern residential area thus existed. Pješčana uvala has 350 residents and is characterized by practical and functional modern architecture. A long path, dotted with numerous restaurants, taverns, stores and pastry shops, winds from the town to the beach.<br>There is also a doctor's office and a beauty salon here. The town is given its picturesqueness by the marina, where yachts are available for rent. The many tourist facilities and programs make this a good choice for a pleasant holiday. Other services include: bike/scooter/motorboat rental and organized tennis courses.<br>
