DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
This apartment is part of a new apartment complex, in the center of Spindleruv Mlyn, one of the most famed places in the Giant Mountains. The location is ideal for an active vacation in the beautiful surroundings of this well-known national park. It has a beginning point for hiking and cycling trails. A supermarket, for all your daily needs, is just 400 yards away. There are two furnished rooms and a terrace at your disposal, making it an ideal place for 3 to 6 persons. There is a free, private parking space reserved for you in the parking garage.
The tastefully decorated apartment on 1st floor has a small hall with a cupboard. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. If desired, you can ask for a cot and baby chair as well. The living room has a satellite TV, stereo system with CD player and radio, and a DVD player. There is a 2-person sofa, and you can ask for an extra bed. You can access the furnished terrace from the living room. The living room is open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is ceramic cookware, hot air oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle, refrigerator, cleaning products and kitchen towels. Laundry racks and an iron are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a bathtub. The toilet is separate. Downstairs in the building, there is a storage area for bicycles, etc.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
In the summer the possibility for activities is almost limitless. The Giant Mountains, with their dense network of marked trails, are perfect for hiking or cycling. There are 27 routes, both for normal bicycles and mountain bikes. Guided bike tours are also organized during summer. There is also a new bike park on the ski slopes of Sv. Petr. The elevator and cable car from Sv. Petr and Medvědín are in operation during summer to allow for the transportation of bicycles. Other possibilities include: riding in Kněžice, Vrchlabí; watch summer tobogganing in Medvědín; "Monkey", the longest high rope course in the Giant Mountains; five tennis courts at Sv. Petr; para-gliding from the slopes of Sv. Petr and Medvědín; sauna, fitness club, massage and fishing. About 300 meters from the apartment, at the valley of Medvědín-chair lift, is a modern aqua park with toboggans. Other possibilities for swimming: the indoor pool in Bedřichov and a reservoir in the Labe. Excursions include: hiking through the valley of white water (Bilé Labe, white Elbe); the Sněžka- the highest mountain in the Czech Republic and the source of the Elbe; the Krkonošše Museum in Vrchlabí; and various imposing mountain homes/restaurants in the area.
