DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
<p>At an altitude of 900 meters above sea level, in the center of the village of Háj in Loučná pod Klínovcem, just a stone's throw from the German border, lies this beautiful and stylish mountain chalet. This spacious 3-story house has recently been totally renovated and updated with all the trimmings necessary for a wonderful holiday, while maintaining its personal charm and authentic mountain style, so typical of the village atmosphere here. The chalet has been divided into apartments and rooms plus has two lounges. Given the maximum capacity of the house (20 persons), it offers the unique opportunity to spend your holiday with your family and/or friends. The modern and comfortable interior is dominated by stylish furnishings and equipment that meets the needs of modern-day tourists. In front of the house, in an open area of 1500 m2, there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue plus a sandpit and swing for children. The accommodation has a large car park with sufficient capacity for all its guests. At a distance of just 50 meters you can do your grocery shopping. At the nearby Kodera guesthouse (350 meters) guests of the chalet can utilize half board (breakfast + evening meal with at least two courses) or full board. By appointment we can prepare noontime meals, in-between meals or packed lunches. Its location near the German border in the Ore Mountains means you will find not only numerous excursion and day-trip possibilities but also opportunities for cycling and hiking along beautiful nature trails.</p>
<p>Section B (9 persons) is a comfortable accommodation with modern apartments and is part of a newly renovated 3-story mountain chalet. The layout of the living area of Section B is as follows: a ground floor with common entrance, a storage room for skis and bicycles, a hall, cloakroom, kitchen, dining room and party room with 2 communal toilets. The first floor with 3 apartments belongs to Section A. Upstairs you will find 2 apartments, each with a bathroom. The ground floor serves as a common area where you can sit down together, cook, eat, share games or conversation or simply relax. You will also find two cozy living rooms / group rooms, each with a dining area, 2 tables, chairs, a TV and fireplace. In addition to the party rooms you will find 2 fully-equipped modern kitchens, each with an electric 4-burner stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and kettle. Even the little ones will not become bored as there is a children's corner complete with toys and drawing tables. On the ground floor there are 2 toilets each with a sink and bidet. For even more comfort there are two cloakrooms and a ski / bike storage area. Via an internal staircase in the corridor, which divides section A from section B, you reach the first floor. This floor belongs to section A; your living area is located on the upper floor. 2 attic apartments are waiting for you here! One of these apartments can accommodate 5 persons and has a bedroom furnished with two single beds and an extra bed plus a second bedroom furnished with a double bed. This apartment also has a private bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The second attic apartment can accommodate 4 persons and has 3 single beds, an extra bed and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. All rooms in this chalet are equipped with stylish furniture that meets the needs of modern-day tourists. The house is centrally heated. For those who would like to keep in touch with loved ones while on holiday, feel free to use your notebook as there is a WiFi internet connection in the house. On the spacious terrace you can relax and enjoy your holiday. There is garden furniture at your disposal, and on warm evenings you can also use the barbecue and campfire area. For children there is a sandpit and swing.</p>

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
<p>The house is so close to the border that you can enjoy your holiday in the Czech Republic and in Germany! The area promises a healthy and sporting holiday. 5 km from the home there is a chairlift to the top of the Klínovec (1244 m). From here you can see the Fichtelberg (Spruce Mountain, 1214 m). This is the highest mountain on the German side of the Ore Mountains and overlooks Oberwiesenthal and Anna Berg. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling and mushroom picking. 1.5 km from the home you can rent bikes at the Sports Centre. In the vicinity of Klínovec there is always plenty to do: archery, paragliding (also duo / tandem), steppe terrain, mountain biking, Nordic walking, summer bobsled run, bungee running (bound to an elastic rope you try to run as far as you can) and a climbing park. A trip to Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) is sure to be a wonderful experience for everyone.Within half an hour from the home you can walk among colonnades nibbling on crispy wafers or bathing in healing spring water. Prague is just 2 hours away by car and should not be missed. Less than one hour from home lies the town of Chomutov with its beautiful forest park containing a unique fauna. Nearby there is the royal city of Chomutov Kadaň with its beautiful square and church. In Klášterec nad Ohří you’ll find a porcelain museum and a fine outdoor park which includes an enchanting aqua park and a new space center.</p>
