DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
This wonderful holiday park lies just 1 km from the town of Obernai, in the heart of the Alsace region, 30 km from the city of Strasbourg and 45 km from Colmar. The resort, which is ideal for bird watching, is part of a three-hectare holiday park. It consists of 131 apartments spread among five three-story 'hamlets'. Facilities include a reception area with tourist information, free WiFi area, a corner fireplace, bar, restaurant, library (various languages), a TV room, game and activity space, sports area, bowls field, tennis court, playground, laundry and enclosed parking lot. The restaurant offers different types of meals: à la carte, regional specialties, themed meals and menus. In July and August, guests of the park can use (for free) the local swimming pool. You can request a free baby kit (crib and baby bath) as well as borrow games, footballs and volleyballs, badminton and tennis rackets and an ironing board. You can rent a TV on the spot or a linen set, bathroom set (towel, bath sheet, bath mat, soap) or cleaning package. Every week there are guided hikes and excursions in the vicinity. Excursions include the castles of Ottrot, the town of Obernai with its famous GERTWILLER seedcake, various caves in the area and a wine tour. You can also participate in morning gymnastics or sporting events. Shops are located within 1 km.
This three-room apartment for up to four adults and one child up to 10 years old has an area of 45 m2. It consists of a living room furnished with a sofa bed (80 x 180 cm) for a child under 10 years old; a bedroom furnished with a two single beds plus a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet; a second bedroom furnished with two single beds, also with a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet; a kitchen containing electric hot plates, electric coffeemaker, mini-oven and fridge; and a balcony with garden furniture. In the apartment you'll find pillows, blankets and a telephone. For an additional fee you can rent a TV on the spot or book a linen set, bathroom set (towel, bath sheet, bath mat, soap), cleaning or cleaning package. You can request a free baby kit (crib, highchair and baby bath) as well as borrow an iron and ironing board.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
The medieval town of Obernai and its beautiful buildings offer plenty of opportunity for fun. It also makes an ideal starting point for exploring the Alsace. For example, you can visit the city of Strasbourg (30 km) with its magnificent cathedral, the castle of Haut-Koënigsbourg, Alsace wines, distilleries, culinary delights in brasseries and much more. You can also go to Germany for a day, for example to Freiburg, Titisee, Baden-Baden or the Black Forest. In the vicinity of the holiday park there are hiking trails and bicycle paths (you can rent bikes in the park). There is also an indoor park near the tennis court. At the reception area car, bicycle and hiking routes information is available. They can also provide tips for sightseeing in the area.
