DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Villa La Lauze is situated at Labastide de Virac (07150).

There's a swimming pool (9x6m).

The house is divided in 3 gîtes who each offer place to max. 6 pers. The gîtes can be rent separately, with 2 or all 3 (for max. 18 pers.)

Every gîte is completely separated from the others and has a covered private terras that can be easily transformed into a commune terras for 2 or 3 gîtes.

Gîte (all gîtes have the same interior):

Ground floor:
- kitchen: all necessary appliances all included
- living room
- bathroom: shower, toilet, lavabo (2x)
- sleeping room 1: 1x double bed
- covered terras with barbecue and garden furniture

1st floor:
- sleeping room 2: 4x single bed

The swimming pool (9x6m) that is heated is located in the garden who is available for the 3 gîts. There's also a pool house and many places in the garden under the trees to repose.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The Ardèche is known for his large variety of activities and cultural go-sees.

You can do canoeing, rafting, speleo, canyoning, MTB, quadriding, horse riding, adventure parcours, hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, ULM,...

But also for those who want to enlarge their cultural bagage, there's a lot to do. Villages (Joyeuse, Villeneuve de Berg, Labastide de Virac, Les Crottes,...), castles, monuments, caves (Orgnac, La Cocalière), musea, bridges (Pont d'Arc, Pont du Gard),.... and interesting cities (Nîmes, Avignon, Montélimar,...)

You may also not forget to visit a local wine farmer and degustate his wine. Together with goatcheese, crème de marrons, nougat (Montélimar) and honey, you will learn the specialties of the region.

The house is available from july 2010.
Special reductions for july/august 2010.

Reservation before 1 january 2010: 200 euro reduction/reservation
Reservation before 1 february 2010: 150 euro reduction/reservation
Reservation before 1 march 2010: 100 euro reduction/reservation
Reservation before 1 april 2010: 50 euro reduction/reservation

Groups > 6 pers., possibility to rent 2 or 3 gîtes.

Prices are water, electricity and final cleaning included.
Sheets and towels are not included. Pets are not allowed.

Caution Villa La Lauze: 200 euro/gîte
Advance 30%. Reservation only definitive after paiment advance.
Saldo and caution must be payed at last 6 weeks before arrival date.
