DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Our authentic farm with spacious garden and marvelous view is located in the small and romantic village BEAULIEU in Burgundy.

- Large living room with comfortable sitting area at a large mantel piece with wood stove.
- Spacious dining area next to the fully fitted open plan kitchen.
- Bedroom 1, with 1 antique French double bed and twin beds
- Bedroom 2, with 1 double bed and French doors to the garden
- Bathroom with large French cast-iron bath, separate shower cabinet, washing machine, spin-dryer, toilet
- Spacious attic with 1 double bed for extra accommodation (no heating).

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The area is very popular for its wonderful nature with many cycling and walking possibilities, lovely lakes to go fishing or swimming, renowned wine-growing regions and relatively little tourism. You can make lovely trips to famous cities such as Vezelay, Auxerre, Nevers, Autun, Dijon. The magnificent nature park 'Le Morvan', second largest nature reserve of France, is close by.

In summer you can play tennis, go canoeing or have a swim in the neighborhood.

In the small town Brinon sur Beuvron (4km from Beaulieu) there's a bakery, grocery, 2 pubs, post office, internet shop and pharmacy.
At 15-25 km away you will find the larger places (Corbigny, Clamecy, Tannay) with large supermarkets/gas stations.

The farm is for rent all year long.
Price: as from €320,00/week + energy charge as from €20,00/week.
Prices depending on season/holiday periods
Advance: 20% to confirm your reservation. Reservation is made via a form, filled in by the tenant.
The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

The house has to be clean before departure.

Bedding available.
Bed linen/tea cloths/towels need to been brought along.
