DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

The house 'Le Trion' has a central living/kitchen (fully fitted with professional stove), a large dining/living area an a polyvalent room. 5 Bedrooms, shared sanitary facilities, 2 toilets, 3 showers and 2 wash basins. 2 Bedrooms on the ground floor have ensuite wash basins. All rooms have central heating.
The infrastructure of the accommodation is excellently suited for groups up to 12 people, but it can also serve as holiday home for 2 to 6 persons (formula 2= price/night).
The house faces a large inner yard with petanque area and is surrounded with 4000m2 of meadow.
The polyvalent room has a football and ping-pong table.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

'Le Trion' is located in the south of the Bourgogne. Hikers will love the vast meadows, vine yards and woods in the neighborhood of the house. The sloping paths and picturesque villages are excellent for sporty cyclists and mountain bikers will be able as well to cycle through nature for many miles.
The region of La Vineuse has plenty of other sport facilities such as horse riding, mountaineering and a outdoor swimming pool at 9km distance.
Culture-minded guests can go visit the largely destroyed abbey of Cluny at hardly 10km away.
Easy access as well from Le Trion to the following cities, villages or abbeys: Tournus, Berzé-la-Ville, Paray-le-Monial, Autun, Dijon, Beaune and Lyon.

PRICES AND PERIODS

formula 1= base price Included in the base price of 1100 euro/week:
* the rent of the house and the garden for groups up to 12 people * standard electricity, gas and water consumption * cleaning

formula 2= price/night/person + meals (breakfast, half board, full board) Price/night: 15 euro, the meals (vegetarian or not) will be charged in preliminary consultation.

The house is available all year long. During school holidays, the owners reside in the private section.
Bedlinen and towels on request.
