DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

At an altitude of 1120 meters, near the village of Les Rousses, lies the National Park of the High Jura. This park is situated near the Swiss border and makes an ideal starting point for hikes in this beautiful environment. The holiday park consists of 38 apartments spread across a 3-story building with lift. Facilities include a bar with terrace, restaurant, library, laundry room, TV room, free WIFI, entertainment room, table tennis table, volleyball area, bowling alley, playground and parking lot. The restaurant has a terrace from where you have a wonderful view of the surroundings. You can enjoy themed meals, regional specialties and takeaway meals. In the summer bread is sold here. There is also an indoor pool with free fitness room. You can register for free a baby kit and reserve final cleaning and/or bed and bath linen. These must be paid locally. Depending on age, there are several children's and youth clubs available which offer all kinds of activities. The nearest shops are in Premanon or Les Rousses. The city of Geneva is located 45 km away. Pets are not allowed. Near the park you will find the ski resort of Les Rousses. This ski area has 40 km of pistes consisting of 16 green, 7 blue, 16 red and 4 black. The ski area covers a total of 220 km in France and in Switzerland. It even has two illuminated trails. During the winter school holidays every week there are free hikes on special snow shoes suitable for the whole family. Ski and hiking equipment can be hired on-site. At the reception you can ask for information about special pricing.

This apartment is suitable for up to 5 persons and has an area of 35m2. There is a living room with two single beds and a dining area, a kitchen, 1 bedroom furnished with three single beds, a bathroom, separate toilet and a balcony or terrace. The kitchen has a fridge, electric coffeemaker and mini-oven. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink. The apartment comes equipped with pillows and blankets. The classification of the beds in some apartments may vary. For an additional fee you can book final cleaning or rent bed or bath linen. Pets are not allowed.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

This beautiful holiday accommodation is situated in a nice environment where you can experience culture and have enough space to enjoy sports as well. From the holiday park you can take a variety of hikes. You can  visit the lake of Geneva or the crevices of Flumen. In St. Claude there is a pipe and diamond museum. Salins-les-Bains is known for its salt mines. In Premanon there is even a pool information center decorated with traditional Eskimo items collected by a Polish man. Sports possibilities: mountain biking, various water sports on the lake of Les Rousses, mountain climbing and canyoning. The ski resort of Les Rousses lies at an altitude ranging from 1120 to 1680 meters. This area has both Alpine and cross-country areas and offers several snowshoe tours on 18 km of trails. There is also a skating rink in Premanon. Skates can be rented. For the little ones, age 3 and up, there is a snow playground.
