DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

The large living has a comfortable settee, dining room table with wicker chairs and is equipped with a widescreen television with Dolby surround, satellite receiver for receiving 200 channels and a DVD player. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes Refrigerator/freezer combination, a professional oven/magnetron with hot air stream and grill, dishwasher seneso etc.
The first bedroom has two single beds 90 x 200, the second bedroom has a double bed 140 x 200 a large hanging wardrobe with shelves and also a second television with satellite reception.
The third bedroom offers three sleeping places with a double bed 180 x 200 and a single bed 90 x 200, also this bedroom has a large hanging wardrobe with shelves. All the beds in the house have eiderdowns. There is a bathroom, wash basin with mirror-fronted cupboard and a full size bath. Further down the corridor there is a second toilet.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The department of the Lot is in the Quercy. This is a region bordering the Perigord to the north and the Auvergne to the east. South of the Quercy lies the Armagnac region.
Our gîte is north of the river Lot in an area called 'haute Quercy' and boasts a great variety of landscapes and culture. The climate is influenced by the Atlantic, the Pyrenees and the Massif Central, which leads to warm summers and mild winters. The holiday season can last from the beginning of March to the end of October. Autumn is an especially lovely time of year.
The valley of the Lot has both beautiful natural attractions and a lot of culture. It is one of the oldest inhabited areas in France. In 1999 prehistoric caves were discovered here.
The region is teeming with bird life, and you can find thousands of different insects and flowers. If you look carefully you'll find many different fossils.
These impressive surroundings guarantee a nice, relaxing holiday in the most beautiful part of France.

PRICES AND PERIODS

Since you are looking for certainty to make your holiday a success, we can imagine renting a holiday home with a stranger leaves you with some questions. But this works the other way round as well. We let "strangers" into our house in which we have put a lot of energy. Therefore we highly appreciate to have contact over the phone to make the final arrangements and to make sure your holiday will be a success.
* prices include gas, water and electricity (gas is not included during winter)
* entirely furnished, comfortable and very well equipped * in case of damage to the house and/or inventory, please notify immediately
* the house has to be tidy and clean upon departure
* arrival: as from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival
* departure: the house needs to be left before 10 a.m.
* we can not held responsible for any damage to goods and/or persons
* pets allowed upon agreement
* SMOKING IN THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED

A guaranty of €250,00 is required and needs to be settled together with the final payment. This guaranty will be refunded afterwards when inspection took place. In case of damage or absence of things, the charges will be deducted from the guaranty upon agreement.
Costs for final cleaning are €45,00 per rental week. In case the house was not tidy or cleaned up sufficiently this charges will be deducted from the guaranty as well.
Your contact address lies at short distance from the house, they are at your service in case of problems.

You can call or e-mail us to make reservations. Your reservation will be confirmed when 50% of the total amount due is paid into our account within 8 days. A confirmation will be sent to make the reservation final.
