DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

The village of Lurs, perched above the valley of the Durance on a spur of green 'olive trees, bushes, trees, lavender feet, serpolet=thymus and rosemary, has kept its authentic Provencal character.

The property consists of a luxurious local stone house ("La Santoline") and a two-floor house containing two apartments equipped with all the modern comfort ("Les Lavandins"). The hire of these places is scheduled preference for 2 weeks, arrival on Saturday after 4 pm and departure on Saturday morning before 10 am. Cleaning, explanations and delivering the keys by the manager after payment of the full amount.

Les Lavandins : Ground floor (for 6 persons)
The ground floor of 83 m² consists of 2 large rooms (2 mattresses 90x210cm with quilts and pillows) 1 with sink, 1 shower room with sink and toilet, 1 hyper fitted kitchen, living room with sofa bed 2persons, 1 large local stone terrace and a covered terrace.

Les Lavandins : 1st floor (for 6 persons)
The 1st floor of 90 m² consists of 2 rooms (2mattresses 90x210 cm) and 1 room with 1 double bed (160x210cm), with guilts and pillows, 1living room with TV set + dvd, 1 hyper fitted kitchen, 1 shower room with 2 sinks, 1 toilet, 1covered terrace (12 m²) and a outdoor tropical wooden terrace (11 m²)

"La Santoline" offers a surface of 100m² which allows you to accommodate 4/6 people with a lot of comfort.

It consists of 2 double rooms (4 mattresses 90x210cm with quilts and pillows), living room with sofa bed 2 persons, 2 separate toilets, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, hyper fitted kitchen, a large tropical wooden terrace 32 sq.m. with barbecue and a private garden.

The house offers all the modern comfort such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, microwave ceramics, etc �

Provence Colorado, Ménerbes etc.. Roussillon.
Be sure not to miss out the nice village of Lurs and on the Monday morning market in Forcalquier.
