DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Our house has 4 bedrooms, each with double bed.
There is 1 bedroom on the upper floor (23m2) with bathroom and separate toilet, on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms - one with ensuite shower and toilet. As well on the ground floor: additional built-in studio apartment with double bed and shower/toilet (with outside access). The studio apartment can not be rented separately and is included in the house's rental price.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with French doors leading to the terrace. The living/dining room overlooks the terrace and swimming pool and has 2 pairs of patio doors leading to the covered terrace. The sunny, private garden offers lots of shady places as well. Plenty of garden furniture available. The 10x5m swimming pool has a full automatic control system. No chlorine in the water, alarm system.
The house is set within 4000m2 of fenced property with benches and dining tables.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The vineyard Domaine de la Gasqui lies at 300m walking distance, where you can taste and buy biological produced wine. The Provence Country Club lies at 3 minutes by car. Famous trips are e.g. to Avignon, St. Rémy, Arles, Gordes, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Our town is famous for its numerous antique and second hand shops, especially the Sunday antique market is famous.
The river la Sorgue runs through the centre of town, with several water mills. You will surely enjoy the riverside with its many restaurants and outdoor cafés.

PRICES AND PERIODS

The house is available all year long. Prices include bed linen, bath towels and cleaning costs. During winter months there's an additional charge for heating.

Security deposit: 500 euro, refundable upon departure. Change over day: Saturday.
