DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Luxury, space and grandeur is what this magnificent villa radiates. Situated on a large plot of about 10.000m2, where you can enjoy of all the quality this holiday house has to offer: a lovely pool with plenty of space surrounding it, complete privacy and a fully equipped for 8 persons.

Through the hall you go left into the spacious living room, where two pianos immediately are visible. One can possibly be played. The lounge opens onto the dining room. Adjacent is the Provencal cuisine. If you continue you will find the TV room, very useful if not everyone wants to watch TV.
Right from the entrance, in the hallway are the master bedroom with private bathroom and two bedrooms and second bathroom. All rooms including the kitchen have their own access to the terrace.
From the lounge you can use the stairs to reach the bedroom on the floor. This very spacious room has a private bathroom.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

You can find the town of Saint Maximin (13,000 inhabitants) which is situated close to the A8, in 30 minutes by car from Aix en Provence. Villa Hestia is so far away from all routes that absolutely no traffic noise is heard. To the south you drive quickly to Nans les Pins at 400 meters altitude, that lies at the foot of the massif Sainte Baume with cave of Mary Magdalene, where later a church was built. The village has picturesque streets and a pleasant square with terraces (with a large weekly market on Sunday). There is also a golf course.
Further to the south you will find at the coast several old picturesque fishing villages like Cassis and La Ciotat, the beautiful beaches of Les Lecques, as well as the exhilarating Bandol and Sanary sur Mer. A little further westward is Marseille, the very interesting city. In short many tourist attractions are within a circle of 100 km fast and easy to reach. See also the site la-provence-verte.net. There you will find much information about the many picturesque villages and towns plus the beautiful land behind the coast. And you will find there information about the various markets and festivals, which take place very frequently in the summertime.

Villa Hestia is open all year for rent. Please ask for information for the periods outside the seasons.
Rental rates are per week and apply to 8 people.
Prices include tax and use of water, electricity and gas.

Additional costs are € 125 for final cleaning.
Optionally you can rent linen at € 10 p.p.p. period
