DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

The holiday home is situated in Landsberger Allee, in 12679 Berlin-Marzahn. It does not directly adjoin the street and is reached by a 40 m long private drive. Surrounded by gardens, it is peacefully situated and at the same time very well connected to the public transport network. With the Metro tram line M6, which can be reached in a 2 minute walk, you can travel directly into the city centre. It leaves every 10 minutes and takes between 15 and 25 minutes. Other shopping amenities (Lidl, Aldi, Kaisers, among others), bakeries, chemists, banks, pubs and restaurants are reached in a 5 to 10 minute walk. This comfortably furnished, single family style house is available to visitors all year. It is situated on an immense 800 sq m property surrounded by gardens, which despite its size is still centrally located. A pool assures refreshment during the summer, and on cooler summer nights, an open fireplace on the terrace assures a cosy atmosphere. House in an oasis in Berlin with pool, garden and fireplace. In the house there is a modern air conditioning system.
A parking space in the garden of the holiday home is at your disposal at no extra charge. We recommend our holiday home to everyone who does not want to be confined to a narrow, expensive hotel room, but rather would like to move about freely and enjoy nature.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Berlin, Germany's capital, offers as political, cultural and sporting centre, something for everyone: museums, theatre, sport, zoo, radio tower, trade fairs, shopping, trips to Potsdam's palaces or the movie studios UFA Babelsberg. In autumn 2005 an enormous new shopping centre called Eastgate opened in Berlin. It can be reached by foot from the holiday home. In only a few minutes walk you can also get to the wonderful gardens of the world, consisting of a large park with the largest Chinese garden in Europe, the Japanese Garden, the Balinese glasshouse, the oriental garden and additional gardens of the world, which are currently under construction. Not far away from the holiday home are the Arena (Velodrome) and a leisure centre with a swimming pool, bowling, sauna and a large room for diverse cultural events. Maps of the city, the S-Bahn and U-Bahn networks and for the new Metro lines are all at your disposal. Recommendations for current cultural and sport events can also be given.
