This fully-furnished apartment is situated in the land of a 1,000 mountains - the Sauerland - in an old half-timbered house, on the edge of the romantic, historic village of Nordenau. This beautiful, well-timbered house with garden is owned by the Otto family, who are more than happy to assist you during your stay. The center of the village is just 300 meters away and the tourist center of Winterberg is only 10 km away.</p>

This beautiful, distinctive apartment has an area of about 55 m² and is suitable for 4 persons (2 adults + 2 children). The apartment consists of two floors - a ground floor and a 1st floor. The spacious living room with open kitchen has a 2-person sofa bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped including an electric oven, toaster, refrigerator with freezer and a coffee maker plus sufficient dishes. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The balcony on the south-side is equipped with furniture and offers a magnificent view of the lush, green valley.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

<p>Time for recreation! Gather strength in a natural environment - the beautiful village and surroundings of Nordenau, in the Rothaargebirge (600-800 meters)! This hilly area is known as 'the Pearl of the Sauerland' and contains numerous small, cozy, historic villages with their half-timbered houses. The area is ideal for sporting activities such as hiking, mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing, etc. For less active persons there are endless possibilities for rest and relaxation, nature or simply enjoying lots of fresh air. On foot from the apartment you can reach a unique fountain, which is world famous. Touching the stones and drinking water from the fountain have allegedly had a very beneficial effect on peoples' physical well-being and in the recovery from illnesses. For many years, visitors have come here daily in hopes that their physical symptoms would disappear.</p>
