DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Our guests' satisfaction is our main concern. With this in mind, we built Spiti Prifti Apartments in an idyllic green environment, in the picturesque village of Corfu: Gouvia. The resort consists of 20 spacious and comfortable self catering apartments, fully refurbished between 2006 and 2010.

Our complex offers a swimming pool, a snack bar as well as a traditional Greek restaurant where you can enjoy authentic local dishes or simply have a cooling drink at the relaxing bar area.

Spiti Prifti Accommodation offers:

• Fully operational kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, oven with grill, kettle, coffee machine and toaster
• Bathroom with shower
• Hairdryer
• Satellite TV
• Individually controlled air-conditioning units in the bedrooms
• Safe deposit boxes, and telephones
• Balcony or terrace

Our swimming pool is 18 meters long pool surrounded by trees and flowers, where you can relax and spend the perfect leisure day. Free sun beds and umbrellas are available for your convenience. A fully equipped snack bar is located next to the pool area where you can enjoy your breakfast (English & continental), light meals and cool drinks throughout the day. In addition, there is a sitting area with a pool table and a cable T.V. where you can watch sports and your children can enjoy their favorite cartoons.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Spiti Prifti lies in a green oasis with palm trees, eucalyptus trees,
cypress trees and splendid display of Mediterranean vegetation. It is
situated in the area of Gouvia, which is within easy reach (7km) from the
main ancient town of Corfu. Furthermore, Gouvia marina is only 5-10 minutes
away (walking distance), where you can indulge yourself with sailing, deep
water fishing and various other water sports.

We also have a private car park.

PRICES AND PERIODS

The apartments are open from 10/05/10-15/10/10.

The price is per apartment and it includes all facilities and local taxes. Cleaning is provided 6 times per week, towels 3 times per week and linen 2 times per week.

In order to proceed with a booking we require a 30% deposit. In case of a cancellation up to 21 days prior to the client's arrival the client can have there deposit back.
