DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
A small complex, very complete and well taken care off. Exists out of 3 units, each having 2 large 3-room flats surrounded with a beautiful garden.
Due to the higher location of Villa Aliki, our guests have a superb view of the sea, the magnificent mountains and the village of Mirtos. The shops, restaurants, boulevard and beach are situated at approx. 100-250 meters and can be reached by means of a donkey trail. The complex can be reached by car as well via the road. Using this road, the facilities are at about 400 meter distance.
All apartments have a cosy colourful living room with sitting area, with the room to put an extra bed for a 5th person if necessary. The open kitchen is large and fully equipped, such as: microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, fridge (separate door for freezing and refrigerating) and a lot of kitchen tools.
There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, lavabo and toilet. The spacious terraces all have furniture. The apartment above has 3 balconies.
Each apartment has a satellite TV, safe, fans and air-conditioning. The costs for using the air-conditioning has to be settled upon departure.
Summarized: very quite new apartments with unique location, view and furniture. A very wanted first-class accommodation.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
MIRTOS: this typically Greek village is located 14 kilometres westwards from Ierapetra, the most southern city of Europe. Mirtos has approx. 700 inhabitants, in summer as well as in winter. The inhabitants have a lot of respect for their village, their facilities and their traditions. One of those is their hospitality, which makes the tourists feel very well at home in Mirtos. The village has a couple of supermarkets, but also a butcher, bakery, some tourist shops and of course the so-called periptero, a typical Greek kiosk. There are several kafenions (pubs), restaurants and outdoor cafés in the centre of the village or at the beach.
Mirtos has an attractive boulevard and some excellent beaches. On one of those beaches, in Mirtos itself, beach chairs and parasols are for rent. But also the beaches in the direct neighbourhood are attractive.
Away from the beach it is lovely to walk. A bit further from the village there are some lovely gorges which are certainly not inferior to the famous Samaria gorge. Mirtos is also excellent to start your car or scooter trip and is very suitable for families with as well young as older children. For that matter, guests without children feel at home just as much.
On the beach there are possibilities to rent a catamaran, sailboat, surfboard and pedal boats. The environment is very well suited for trips by car, possibly by bike if you are a trained biker.

PRICES AND PERIODS
Available all year long. Included in the price: electricity, water, changing the bed linen twice a week, final cleaning and all local taxes.
Prices are per apartment/week, regardless of the number of persons (maximum 5).
For longer stays (>1 month) other prices are valid.
Reservation by e-mail (preferable) or by phone.
We ask a 20% deposit, the balance to be settled upon arrival. We can also arrange for rental cars at a fair price, which can be picked up at the airport or at the apartment.
Price indication: winter season as from €112/week, summer season as from €149/week, this price is for a type A car (e.g. Fiat Seicento), everything included (taxes, insurances, unlimited number of kilometres, etc.) except fuel of course.
We can also look for suitable flights to Crete, if desired.
