DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
This is one of the biggest and most beautiful holiday resorts in Hungary. Situated near Hévíz on a huge green area, it awaits guests with a colorful array of amenities. Ideal for those who would like to rest and recuperate, it offers a number of catering services, a wellness center with sauna, steam-bath, whirlpool, indoor and outdoor pools, and a well-equipped fitness room.<br>Children can make new friends on the playground, or run around on the cranky pathway, ride a bicycle, or go tobogganing on the local hillside (which is the best tobogganing place in the area in wintertime). In case of bad weather there are a lot of toys in the playroom. In the summertime the staff will take care of the programs for the children. Children can also meet different types of animals at the club’s mini animal farm.<br>The beautiful nature beckons you to seek out the calm and peaceful places. Sports fans will not have to worry about their entertainment either as the indoor and outdoor tennis courts, swimming pools, riding hall and cross-country riding tours will provide hours of fun. The surrounding landscape is full of green space, which tempts guests to go for a long outing, either on foot or on horseback.<br>One-day trips in the neighborhood or farther away, as well as many other occasional programs, ensure that boredom has been banished from here forever! Take a one day trip to Kis-Balaton; participate in a Cellar Party in the Eszterházy Cellar; go sightseeing in Keszthely, Budapest or Vienna; witness the Historical and Castle Games of Sümeg; or go for a trip along the Herend-Tihany-Szigliget Route.<br><br>
All of the apartments have been built according to the highest Abbázia standards. Each comes with it’s own telephone, satellite-TV, kitchenette with microwave oven and coffeemaker, and bathroom and toilet. Many of them have a balcony. During the creation of these accommodations we kept only one thing in mind: the comfort of our guests!<br><br>The floor space of the apartment is ca. 28 sqm and includes a hall/bedroom furnished with a double bed and a kitchenette equipped with a coffeemaker, cooker, fridge, toaster and microwave oven. There is a dining corner and a bathroom with a shower-bath and WC.<br>There is no better start to the day than a good breakfast, and no better close than a delicious dinner. Keeping that in mind, our restaurant has flavored the traditional Hungarian dishes with an ample supply of hospitality, a load of special programs, and a sprinkle of enchanted atmosphere. <br>Just a small preview of the list of the programs organized by the ambitious and talented staff of the restaurant: wine-tasting evenings, family celebration parties, business and conference dinners, Hungarian specialties-of-the-day and summer BBQ parties.<br>We eagerly await you in our wine-cellar and beer-garden, where you may spend an evening with your friends. Skittle or billiards, a keg of beer or a glass of outstanding wine, and a long evening filled with easy conversation. Just bring your friends and leave the rest up to us!<br>"The Club" houses a tennis hall with 3 indoor tennis courts and 4 outdoor hard courts. Amateur or professional, pair or team, fun or championship- with our technical background and organization anything is possible. Upon request we can provide you with skilled instructors who can teach you everything you need for the game, from the very basic tricks up to the naughtiest ace-hits.<br>Those addicted to horseback riding visit us regularly. Here numerous riding opportunities are at your disposal. Well-kept and disciplined, the horses of The Club are perfect for cross-country riding, pony riding and lessons. In case of inappropriate weather our riding arena is at your disposal. <br>Riding instruction is available for ages 6 to 14. Over the age-limit the trainer reserves the right to examine the skill of the rider prior to riding, and refuse the service if necessary.<br>

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
There are scores of things you can do here. The surrounding landscape is full of green space, which tempts guests to go for a long outing, either on foot or on horseback. <br>Keszthely, the biggest and oldest city in the region, is known as the „Capital of Lake Balaton“. <br>Not just it’s population, but also the cultural and traditional heritage makes this town worthy of the title. Take a walk among the centuries-old buildings of the inner city, stroll along the alley beside the lake, drink a coffee in the Marzipan Museum, or visit the 19th century villas of Helikon Park. <br>The city was under the dominion of the Festetics regal family for more than 200 years, which has greatly shaped the city’s appearance. Keszthely has given many novelists, poets, artists and Olympic champions to Hungary throughout the centuries. The first agricultural university in Europe was also founded in this city. Keszthely’s biggest attraction is of course the lake itself. In the summertime the fans of swimming as well as yachtsmen visit the lake, while in winter there is nothing better than a day of ice-skating followed by a glass of hot wine!<br>
